A Little About Me


Christine has been in recovery from alcohol, anxiety and grief since May of 2017. A practitioner of mindfulness meditation and a student of Buddhist philosophy for nearly ten years, Christine strongly believes in the power of compassion for oneself in the process of recovery. Christine finds great joy in helping women in recovery tap into the strength that is already their own.  She takes a holistic approach to coaching and is passionate about guiding her clients to develop their own recovery practices – including a spiritual practice. Christine will meet you where you are and act as a partner on your journey to wholeness.
